The snacks were fine, nothing really stood out to me, just kind of okay overall. I did wish the drinks were colder though, because that makes such a difference, and they felt a little pricey for what they were.

I kind of feel like I spent more than I should have for what I got. It wasn’t terrible exactly, but the value just wasn’t really there, you know? I kept expecting it to feel more worth it, and... yeah. I don’t think I’d use Splashway Waterpark again. Disappointing overall...

I used to be okay with the pricing, but now it feels way too expensive for what you get. I also never got any follow-up after raising my concerns, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

We went to Splashway mainly for the lazy river, and I’m still wondering if we just picked a bad day or expected too much, but it really wasn’t worth it for us. It was super crowded, barely moving, and everyone kept bumping into each other the whole time, so it was more frustrating than relaxing.
Finding a tube was a hassle, and when we finally got one, it was half flat. Maybe the staff was just busy, but it didn’t really seem like anyone cared when we mentioned it. We left annoyed, i don’t think we’ll be rushing back

Didn’t love the cabin. Beds were hard. Like, really hard. The room felt stuffy the whole time too. Not very comfy.

We stayed at the campground the amenities were disappointing. The bathrooms didn’t feel very clean, the showers were frustrating to use, and our site felt like it hadn’t been looked after in a while. When we asked about it, the response was basically, “we’ll let the team know,” but nothing really changed during our stay. For what we paid, I expected the basic stuff to be in better shape. We won’t be camping here again.

The staff just didn’t seem very friendly to us... it made the visit feel a little uncomfortable.

The campground itself was fine, but the bathrooms really threw me off?? They could definitely use a much better cleaning.

We were really looking forward to the wave pool because it was made out to be one of the best parts of the day, but it did not live up to that at all. It was absolutely packed, the water felt rough, and it was more stressful than fun. it felt like they promised this awesome experience and then delivered the opposite. We ended up leaving annoyed and wishing we had spent the day somewhere else.

Parking ended up being the most annoying part of the day. It felt disorganized, and I really wish there had been clearer instructions on where to go and what to do once we arrived.

We had an okay day overall, and the kids did have fun, but the outside food rule really put a damper on things. We brought a few basic snacks for them, nothing crazy, and were told we had to take them all the way back to the car.

What annoyed me most is that it felt like such a simple request to let small kid snacks slide, but it was completely ignored. The food inside wasn’t cheap either, so when you’re there with a family, it adds up really fast.
The park itself was fun enough and the staff was mostly fine, but this policy made the day more stressful than it needed to be. I understand not allowing big coolers or meals, but a little flexibility would go a long way. Not sure we’d hurry back.

I bought the season pass thinking it would save us money, but it ended up feeling like a waste. The extra costs still added up, and we didn’t use it nearly enough to make it worth it. On top of that, the constant reminders and pushy notifications got annoying after a while. I kind of regret getting it this year

We rented a cabana thinking it would make the day feel a little more special, but it was disappointing. The cabana wasn’t very clean when we got there, and the service was slow the whole time. For the extra money they charge, come on now, I expected way better. Definitely didn’t feel worth it.

The lines were just ridiculous. They barely seemed to move, and it felt like we spent the whole day standing around instead of actually getting on rides. The whole thing left us annoyed, and I don’t know, it just really wasn’t worth it for us.

I was disappointed with the waterpark. There was trash scattered around the chairs, the bathrooms smelled awful, and the pool water looked cloudy enough that it made me feel uneasy. I wanted to enjoy the day, but everything just felt gross, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there for long.

I took my kids here for what I thought would be a fun pool day, but I ended up feeling uneasy the whole time. The pool was busy, with kids running around and using the slides, and I noticed a few lifeguards chatting with each other or looking off instead of really watching the water. Maybe we just caught them on an off day, but with so many kids around, I expected them to be a lot more focused.
